Lord Gremithy (DirtyDurdie)- Adaptivity Series Mixtape Pt. 1 (LP)

Lord Gremithy (Grem) is a New England based rapper who has been slaying bars and rejuvenating communities since the age of twelve. Born in Providence, RI and raised in New Bedford, MA, Grem has been making his presence known through music and live performances for well over a decade. Together he and Demmene Syronn make up the duo DirtyDurdie whom been making noise in the southern New England Hip Hop scene since 2008 with head nodding music that is conscious, controversial, and comical without cursing. They have won the Providence Motif Magazine’s Best Hip-Hop Act in 2012 and 2014 plus nominated for Best Rap Act for the Providence Motif Magazine in 2013.

His latest solo release Adaptivity Series Mixtape Pt.1 isn’t your traditional mixtape taking known Hip Hop beats and rocking it. It features a wide range of popular music from Reggaeton artists like Bad Bunny to R&B singer Al B. Sure mixed in with some classic boom bap. It also contains four original bonus tracks featuring Kaoss, Beatnick Classics, K-Vinyl, Demmene Syronn (DirtyDurdie), Milez Grimez, Big G’s, J-Earn, Unk11, and is mixed by DJ D-Napp whose blending and juggling gives it that throwback feel. His first video single Supreme was filmed and edited by EmiliOMG and is a proficient underground representation. “I love freestyling and creating new moods and vibes within music. This sparked the idea to show how versitile I am with my flow. It was the main encouragement to create this project” says Gremithy. The LP is 20 tracks deep and touches upon various topics like quarantine dating, party rocking, grieving his late mother, and a 420 anthem. “I am an emcee of all emcees. m’Lord” says Gremithy.
